1. What Seller Protection Covers:

Swapy.gg's Seller Protection safeguards you in the event of:

• a. Fraudulent buyer claims after successful delivery.
• b. Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.

2. Situations Not Covered By Seller Protection:

Seller Protection does not extend to the following circumstances:

• a. When the seller fails to deliver the product as described.
• b. Late delivery beyond the agreed timeframe without communication.
• c. Transacciones iniciadas o realizadas fuera de la plataforma Swapy.gg.
• d. Products that violate platform terms of service.

3. Reclamos fraudulentos:

Swapy.gg actively investigates all buyer claims. If a buyer is found to have made a fraudulent claim against a seller, the buyer's account will be suspended and the seller will receive full payment for the order.

4. Delivery Confirmation:

Sellers are encouraged to provide clear proof of delivery. Screenshots, transaction IDs, and other evidence help protect sellers in case of disputes.

5. Payment Release:

Payments are released to sellers once the buyer confirms receipt or after the automatic confirmation period (72 hours) has elapsed without any dispute being raised.

6. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, sellers must respond promptly and provide all requested evidence. Swapy.gg's support team will review all evidence from both parties and make a fair decision.

7. Chargeback Protection:

Swapy.gg handles all payment disputes on behalf of sellers. If a buyer initiates a chargeback, our team will investigate and defend legitimate transactions.
